Home watch service agreement template
A service agreement for home watch, with a key and code log attached, so a new client signs one document at the walk-through. It's for operators who want visits, fees and what happens in an emergency written down before they hold someone's keys.
Fill in the blanks, take out what doesn't fit how you work, and put your business name at the top. It carries no Roundwright branding, since it's yours to hand to clients.
A starting point, not legal advice. Laws differ from state to state: have an attorney in your state read it before you use it.
What's in it
- Part A, the agreement: services, what home watch is not, the visit schedule, fees and payment, keys and access, what happens when you find a problem, vendors, the client's responsibilities, insurance, responsibility for damage, ending the agreement, privacy and governing law.
- Part B, key authorization: every key, remote and code you hold, the people who may enter or get keys, and how keys come back when the service ends.
- One signature block that covers both parts.
Goes well with
- First walk-through worksheet, to fill in at the same visit
- Pricing worksheet, to settle the fees before you write them in
- Every other form, email and checklist on the free resources page

Signed up. Now the visits.
