RoundwrightHome watch visits, done and reported.
Roundwright is an iPhone and iPad app for home watch operators. Plan the day's route, run each home's checklist, take photos, and send the client a clear report before you've left the driveway.
Works without signal
Everything is on your phone first. Reports queue up and send themselves when you're back online.
Your checklist, every visit
Start from a home watch checklist or import your own, then adjust it per home: pool, dock, vehicles, storm prep.
Reports clients trust
Arrival and departure photos, anything that needs attention, and the next check date, emailed from your business name.
Codes kept safe
Gate, alarm and lockbox codes are encrypted, the app locks itself when idle, and photos are never stored on our servers.
